This 4GB drive can be a great and inexpensive upgrade for older desktop PCs and that's what I used it for. It was installed on an old Dell Optiplex client machine that required more RAM than the 4GB installed. This is the exact same part that Dell installed at the factory. Installation was quick, and when enabled, the extra 4GB was immediately recognized by the PC, which reported 8GB of RAM. drive all the time. This flash drive is not used in difficult situations, only in web office applications. It's been working flawlessly since installing it a week ago. Memory is a commodity these days. However, not all DDR3 memory works well together. Knowing it's an exact match makes this a confident upgrade. That's something I appreciate and I would add that great work makes this stick a 5 star for me.
