This item arrived quickly and was well packaged. The charger looks well built and takes up just the right amount of space to store the controllers. It comes with a USB cable to connect to Xbox for charging. I was a bit disappointed that it didn't have its own power outlet (so I didn't have to use the port on the Xbox), but a standard USB charger (5V, 0.5A) should work if needed. While charging, the green lights on the front will flash, which can be annoying if you're watching something on the TV while it's charging at night. They change color to solid green when fully charged. The controllers fit nicely in the charger with the included battery. I've had controller chargers in the past where you installed the controller and had to wiggle the controller to get it in contact with the charging pins. This is not one of those chargers. The battery didn't die even during a gaming session, so life seems pretty good too. Overall I am very happy with this purchase.
