Broke twice immediately after opening
Beautiful umbrella, strong when open. However, when we first received the umbrella, I opened it and then tried to close it again and the velcro to close it ripped immediately. It looked like a good umbrella so I figured it was just a bug and asked for a replacement. However, this time, after opening it, I can't even get it close enough to attach the Velcro around it. It cannot be closed after collapsing and I have never managed to get it back in the case. Send it back and leave it somewhere else.
