Review on Monroe 32275 Monro Matic Shock Absorber by Michael Keegan

Revainrating 1 out of 5

Bad shocks are best for shock absorbers, struts and suspension

Me swapped out the shock absorbers on my ford windstar with these kicks and now the car bounces like a basketball. Unfortunately I threw away the original shocks which had 165,000 miles on them but still worked before realizing that the new shocks are inherently non-shock capable. I have bought many Monroe dampers in the past and have had no problems, I will not be buying Monroe dampers again.

Pros
  • SMOOTH RIDE - Velocity Proportional Valveving (VPV) technology and all-weather fluid with special additives to reduce friction and provide smooth stem response and an overall smoother ride
Cons
  • Slightly wrinkled
