Cordless Beast for True Endurance Training

The Garmin Enduro was originally designed specifically for endurance athletes. I run half marathon, marathon, ultra marathon, long distance and triathlon and I have to say that this enduro is perfect for me. In the beginning, with the 15.20 software, there were quite a few bugs, most notably crashes while keeping active and loss of all training load. Garmin did not disappoint me this time and released software update 16.30 which fixes the issues. The user interface is very easy to use. And the 5 button control is very easy to use. In watches designed for these sports, it is better not to have a touchscreen. because sweat will cause accidental touches, if you ever experience it. GPS accuracy is pretty good. Whether on a paved road or in the depths of a mountain. The GPS can track the path fairly accurately and can track the previous path fairly reliably when you're off the beaten track. Having said that, I'd definitely take a topographic map along with the 10 needed when trail running just to be on the safe side. While it doesn't have the features of the Fenix 6X, it's not meant to be a feature-packed sports watch, but rather a watch with super battery life, so that's it. Speaking of battery life, I ran an average of 2 hours a day, using GPS and Ultra or trail running 5-7 hours a week, the battery still lasts over 2 weeks without a recharge. However, I usually top up every two weeks when it's down to around 30% just to be on the safe side. But that's the biggest feature of this watch. The price is similar to the Fenix 6X, however if you are looking for a multifunctional sports watch then go for the Fenix 6X as the Enduro lacks most of the features like music, topographic map etc. The Enduro is absolutely for you. I've seen other reviews comparing the Enduro to the Fenix 6X, just want to say they're not directly comparable due to the different audiences they're targeting. lost after 12.45 miles. The clock hung on the save screen for a long time (see attachment) and finally restarted. Garmin has released an update to version 16.70 and the issue seems to be resolved, but we'll see if the problem persists. Edit 6/27/21: Garmin released update 17.72. I usually charge every two weeks when it drops to around 30% just to be on the safe side. But that's the biggest feature of this watch.
