Review on POWTREE by Doug Friedman

POWTREE's tools and equipment left a lot to be desired, and I say that as someone who is responsible for ensuring that the things we provide to our clients are of the highest possible quality. POWTREE was the vendor from which we acquired a number of power tools, power tool components, and power tool accessories; however, the quality of these products was mediocre, and they exhibited symptoms of wear and tear right out of the packaging. In addition, we found POWTREE's customer service to be unhelpful and disappointing in our interactions with the company. After we contacted them to let them know about the problems with the product's quality and the missing components, they were reluctant to answer and did not offer any alternatives that would be helpful. In the end, we had no choice but to return the materials and search for other sources that could meet our requirements. This cost us more time and resources. Our interaction with POWTREE was, on the whole, a letdown that left us feeling dissatisfied and cheated out of our expectations. In my capacity as a product manager, I am unable to endorse POWTREE as a trustworthy source of high-quality tools and equipment for home remodeling.
