I was very happy about this pan set. This is a beautiful set, I liked that they are deeper than regular frying pans, they feel firm BUT after my daughter and I used a medium sized frying pan 4 times at a temperature of no more than 400 degrees, it deformed, and even severely deformed. although (they have a guarantee not to warp). I figured it would be best to just send the set back. I tried contacting customer service, they were really willing to replace the warped pan but after that disappointment I just had a bad taste in my mouth and decided to give it up. For what it's worth, they need to retrain some of their customer service reps. They tend to ignore some of the things the client is saying or trying to explain to them, and then they start acting a bit defensive and unprofessional. I hope this can help others and I hope others have a better experience.
