I should have read the reviews before buying for my boss for Boss Day. The writing on one side of the mug is not clear as shown in the picture. I didn't notice until she opened it. I can't ask them to return it because that would be too embarrassing. I hope the sender sees this review and does the right thing. Very disappointed with this product.
