Flow AI - Great chat bot platform and excellent customer service

The ability of this tool is that it can be used for multiple platforms with ease as well as being able to integrate other tools such as Zapier or IFTTT which makes things even easier! It's not easy at all if you are new because there isn't really any tutorials out there but once your familiarized everything will become very simple. There has been no specific issue so far however we have had some issues integrating our Salesforce data into certain flows/chatbot scenarios etc., therefore i would recommend testing before using this product fully. We use flow.ai mainly within sales teams who need help solving problems via chats (we also provide support). This helps us solve customers' queries faster than waiting for emails. Also saves time by having conversations directly from messenger instead of sending an email first.
