Assembly and product is ok. However, if the screen is installed by attaching the self-adhesive tabs to the monitor's frame and then sliding the screen behind them, the screen will not fully adhere to the monitor. This leads to some blurring. I ended up having to stick double sided tape directly to the back of the plastic screen and my monitor. It helped a little, but it's still a little blurry. I installed the screens at the end of the day and was only at work for about 15 minutes, so it didn't bother me too much. Let's see what happens if I use it for a full day/week.
