Okay, Description is MEDIUM! I bought this because the quantity is "4 packs" so I was expecting FOUR packs. I wouldn't buy it from Revain if I could get it from local stores for the same price. You end up paying about $15 for just 4 individual toothbrushes! I wanted it because I had one in my medicine cabinet from my last cleaning and check-up at the dentist. I have a sagging gum line from brushing too hard and using hard bristled toothbrushes. I always thought that soft toothbrushes didn't clean my teeth well, except for this brush, so I wanted to stock them (I change toothbrushes very often, sometimes even within a week). Well, that's great if you don't mind spending money on it, but remember these are NOT "4 packs", just 4 toothbrushes.
