It is said to be suitable for a 3-5 year old child. I was nervous. The boy I gave them to is 3 years old but wears 5T. He has room to grow! They'll last a few more years! Don't let that scare you. Great quality and lots of fun items included in the vest. He got a different (more famous and expensive) Doctor's Signature Vest, and iPlay's Signature Vests were just as good, if not better.
