I am disappointed in this product. If it weren't so difficult to assemble I would have sent it back. I figured it would be too much of a problem to take it apart and try to repackage it. My twins love it but there are some safety issues! This is recommended for children over 12 months who are my children. I felt like they could really hurt themselves in the middle part of the build so I removed that part (see image). This is the part where there is a yellow mesh basket and my son fell face down and couldn't get out! So he actually did a handstand on his head. Luckily I was there immediately to help him. The yellow basket also has places where it should have looped through the bars, but there were no loops (see pictures). One of the ball pit loops broke off when I pulled the pole through (see photo)! I can sew so I just sewed it back on. At the very top of the slide where the middle part of the structure is, my kids tried to climb over the top bar. If they did, they would fall hard! The company has to change the design to put something where you can't climb over it and fall over. My kids love the structure but mom and dad are not very happy with the construction and design.
