The ease of use was great! It allowed us to quickly get up running without any issues or glitches that would have normally been present in our existing system (which had many years behind it). We were able to implement new procedures for patient intake as well as scheduling appointments which made things much more efficient overall. There weren't anything I disliked about this software specifically but we realized pretty early into usage what some limitations there may be - so just prepare yourself upfront if you're looking at using something like HinAi because not everything will work perfectly right away from Day 1. Our adoption rate has increased significantly since implementing these systems. Patients are now being seen faster than ever before while also having better accessibility/control over their information when needed due to its ability to store all medical records digitally rather then physically.
