I order these refills regularly. For many years. I've only had this problem once so far. So far, ie this time the bars were delivered in the heat where they stood until all the chocolate was completely melted from the bars (all). I understand that nothing can be done about the heat, although the doorbell letting me know they've arrived would keep them from melting. But it wasn't just that the bars were completely melted. All are also shredded and very difficult to eat - not that I eat them, these bars are tasty but without the chocolate coating they are inedible.
