Review on 🍷 iFIT Vue Fitness Tracker - Open Box Special: Sangria/Papaya Color by Oscar Rhodes

Very disappointed with this product. I knew from the reviews that I was taking a risk with the iFit Vue, but I couldn't predict how quickly it would break. Literally instantly. I opened the box, took out Vue, downloaded the app, it walked me through the steps and asked me to gently touch a square on the screen for 5 seconds to turn it on. Nothing, just a blank screen. I try 10 seconds, then 20 seconds, still nothing. So I decided to load it up. Fully charged and nothing. I look for a number in the app to call support, there is no number but there is a link to go to their website. That does not work. So I finally find her page, I try to log in but she doesn't recognize my email and password. I keep trying and finally find a way to sign up using the link at the bottom of the email they sent me (note this is not an activation link). Once inside I look for a phone number but of course none of them are on the list. Instead, you have to go through the ticket system. I file a complaint and (only positive part of this review) they get back to me pretty quickly. Unfortunately the customer service representative was no help. He advised me to charge the device and try again later and if that doesn't work he can send me a replacement device. I guess that happens a lot since he got that "solution" pretty much spot on. Needless to say I dropped the replacement and am returning Vue. Too bad it didn't work.
