After a car accident in 2014 I got chronic neck problems. A few years later I found a similar pillow and found my neck problems improved significantly, but the cost of replacing it when it wore out was more than I could afford. I chose this pillow as it has a similar texture but is about $50 less. Works just as well as my first pillow! I couldn't be happier! The high side of the camera allows my head to drop a little lower without supporting my neck. It keeps my neck in the right position while I sleep. Once every two weeks, I find (like my first pillow) that the cells get a little tighter and lose their support. To solve this problem, I wash the outer shell (not the inner foam layer) in cold water and tumble dry on medium heat. This loosens the cells and restores loft and support.
