I just had eye surgery and needed an eye patch for two weeks so I bought this product. The strap is adjustable but thick so you can't rest the back of your head on a deck chair or lounge chair. The cup is soft but flat, which puts too much pressure on the eyes. I ended up having to buy another patch from a local store.
