I am a retired chiropractor and was in a serious rear end collision 3 years ago. I have constant pain in the back of my head, especially bad when I'm in a car (passenger). The collar is high enough to support my skull so I can rest my neck muscles. And I like the vents that reduce heat build-up. I really want this collar to be available when I practice. I would recommend it to my patients. It is better constructed than other, simpler soft restraint collars. As you should know, this comment is not medical advice.
