Used to track my private car in case of theft. The GPS accuracy is excellent. The app is ok but could use some improvements. I can't get 2-factor SMS to work. I can enter my phone number, but when I click the button to send the confirmation text, I get an error message while sending the SMS. Email authentication response time is very slow. In general, the product works as expected, except for two-factor authentication via SMS. Difficulty contacting customer support.
