software is extremely limited, hard to see history as all the location icons accumulate in a messy map, mobile app is no better and never updated, expensive and I will not renew. don't buy that

I had a device installed at a car stereo shop. The app is easy to understand and the map is very accurate. Great tool! Having installed it at a car stereo store, I can't rate how easy it is to install and I haven't had to use their tech support yet.

I'm writing this review again because I didn't realize how important the ignition wire is. For the correct operation of this device, 3 necessary wires must be connected. Constant current, ground and ignition cable. As long as these 3 are connected correctly, this device works great! I am very impressed with everything including the customer service. The units I know of only require constant power and ground. Thanks again for your help.

Used to track my personal car in case of theft. The GPS accuracy is excellent. The app is ok but could use some improvements. I can't get 2-factor SMS to work. I can enter my phone number, but when I click the button to send the confirmation text, I get an error message while sending the SMS. Email authentication response time is very slow. In general, the product works as expected, except for two-factor authentication via SMS. Difficulty contacting customer support.

So this is a very cool product! The only problem I had was with the installation because I know nothing about cars and the mechanics were confused as to why I asked them to install that lol! But otherwise it works ONLY as described! It's super cool because you can track everything and don't have to plug or charge anything and everything goes straight to your phone or laptop! This is great especially when you can see EXACTLY where your car is and where people have taken their car to steal a car…
