Huge waste of time trying to get something to work that should be plug and play. I have used the Logitech M570 mouse on computers at home and at work for many years. I love her! So I was delighted with the updated model and bought it. i'm not happy anymore Set it to bluetooth with my new computer and it worked the same as the old M570. So I put on my Bluetooth headphones to listen to music. The music is an annoying staccato due to mouse interference. Music turned on normally with the mouse. No problem I think. I only use the key. Removed the mouse from the blue teeth list on the pc, stuck the key. Nothing! Restart, etc. tried everything - does not work. I was trying to unify the software with my M570 laptops. Have to remove my old laptop key to pair the new mouse with its key. Failed. I cannot use the software without a mouse. I return to Revain packed. Have already ordered a new M570 and a replacement. If and when they die, if that's Logitech's only trackball offering, I'll look elsewhere. All they have to do to fix the problem is an easy way to disable Bluetooth. If there's a way, I can't find it.
