The perfect replacement!
Returned my Xbox One controller like new. I wasn't planning on using the blue thumb caps, but they do a good job of distinguishing the controllers. A desoldering tool is required and MS used high temp solder on me so a heavy duty soldering iron was also required to remove the old joysticks (I had to set the iron to 845 degrees).
