I understand that this is a cheap version of the foot.

I understand that this is a cheap version of the footbath but still expect some basic functions to work. (1) Heat doesn't work. I poured hot water and after 10 minutes the water turned cold. In the manual it says that the heating function keeps the water temperature. (2) Very noisy. I can barely hear the TV because of its hum. (3) The bubbles are not very strong.
