The ease of use, it's ability to manage multiple campaigns at once (campaigns can be paused or stopped), I like that you're able get feedback from customers as soon they go live in their phone number database which is very helpful when trying new products/services we offer! You need some more features such as being allowed access so people outside our team are also included - this will help us save time by not having someone else do things manually instead allowing them input into what needs doing next etc.
