The ability for us as an agency/client relationship manager was great! We were able to create our own personalization rules that allowed each of my clients unique campaigns specific only to their account without having any knowledge about coding or HTML programming.

It's also helpful when you are working remotely because it allows me to have all these tools right there so I can get work done from home easily while still being connected through email communication throughout the day. There really isn't anything bad we've found thus far but if anyone has suggestions please let us know!! This software does not allow customization via CSS which would be ideal since every client wants different colors etc., however this program creates customizations very well even though they don’t provide css options themselves yet - just use your imagination :).
