Great idea. The plastic is durable and easily sticks to the wall to place items. I actually bought it for my bed in our van. I always forget where my TV remote is or where to put my glasses when I go to sleep. Great place for phone and keys. In fact, almost any room can be used. In front of your door, in the TV room, in the office. Inexpensive item. Very durable!
