I didn't buy it from Revain, it was from a bike rack company. I have owned this bike rack for 6 years. Two problems, it rattles a bit, the problem was solved with a $6 clip I bought at Home Depot. The same type of clip can be bought at Revain for $16.50, it completely eliminates the rattling, the second problem was the rubber straps, if you leave the trunk on your car in 8-12 month weather conditions, the rubber straps will degrade and break after a period of time, so don't be lazy like me, don't leave your bike rack out in the weather when you're not using it, those straps are expensive.
