Excellent quality fan and fairly easy to set up. There is some rubbing on the blades but I hope this wears off in a day. Your Android app seems to be running late and Alexa doesn't recognize the fan. Also the instructions on how to link the ecobee link to a menu item that is not available. My advice is pay the same or less for a more efficient fan with no smart features, or pay more for a fan with a better app. Edit: Added another star. I called support about a poor Wi-Fi signal from a fan and Brian advised you to press and hold the up and down arrows on the fan button until you hear two beeps to restart the Wi-Fi connection . Worked beautifully and the fan contacted Alexa. For Ecobee I had to log into my wife's profile to see the My Apps menu item as she is the main user. I would give 5 stars but the body of the lamp is bent causing the blade to rub.
