This band comes with a bag which is a nice extra but there are NO instructions. Had to go to google and youtube. Ok it didn't kill me to do this but when you unpack an item and start scratching your head, it's a bit frustrating. Just a simple sheet of instructions would add immensely to this item.I had troubles figuring out how to set the strap up and then also had issues using this with a door (old house) but once set up, this is a nice item. The band is not stretchy and is made of a canvas type material. The stretch comes from the pose and the hold.
