First, the monitor itself. I've had this monitor for a little over a year. Like most people, I have it on sale. This is a good 1080p @ 144Hz monitor, everything works as it should. For a monitor of this size and price, I'd honestly prefer something better than 1080p. I saw that some dead pixels and gray bars were common with this monitor and I felt lucky enough that this didn't happen to me... Until I didn't use the monitor for about two months. Gray stripes began to appear on the display, and it also flickered. Just when I thought things could get worse, the display flickering was caused by some electrical issue in the bottom right corner of the screen, causing the screen to start melting (picture).
