Good. As long as it's not

The first week of use was great. The headset is very comfortable, well made and has decent sound quality. The noise cancellation is average - I can hear the sounds around me but at a muted volume. What changed this rating from 4 stars to 1 star is that the call quality through the headset has decreased dramatically in less than two weeks. People on the other end complained of muffled audio, white noise, and general hearing problems. Likewise, my ability to hear callers was severely impaired. So this headset is good for a very short time, after which it becomes useless.
