Review on Vizbi by Ben Demers

The way we can connect with our customers via web, mobile app or other channels through social media like Facebook and Instagram has been great so far! I am not sure how easy it would be for new users who have no experience in analytics tools. We are using this product mainly because of its ease-of use (it's very similar to excel) but if you're looking at more complex dashboards then there may still need some learning curve before getting good results out of them. Also - one would definitely want an expert help when setting up these reports as they require quite advanced knowledge about R language which is really cool thing! With vizbii, now i'm able to visualize my customer flows better than ever just by connecting all of their available sources into one dashboard.
