My experience shopping at the OmniMount online site left a lot to be desired, and I say that as someone who is very knowledgeable about home improvement projects. In addition to having a restricted variety of products, their website was cumbersome and difficult to use. It was impossible for me to find the information I need, and the product descriptions offered very little in the way of specifics. The fact that they were both sluggish and unreliable with their deliveries only made issues worse. It took several weeks for my order to arrive, and when it did, there were components missing from it. In order to get the issue repaired, I had to spend a significant amount of time on the phone with customer support. In general, the OmniMount online store is not somewhere I would suggest shopping at to anyone. There are a large number of different stores available, all of which offer superior qualities in terms of selection, pricing, and service to customers. Instead than giving yourself a headache, go shopping somewhere else.
