I'll name the bad ones first. The installation instructions leave a lot to be desired. They're reasonable and I'm good with electronics so I figured it out, but I spent about an hour trying to figure out where the heck key 1 and key 2 go (they're for steering wheel controls so if you have those there are controls do not). , these wires are not used.) I was careful to ensure the camera was installed right side up, but I installed it permanently with JB welding and it points too high. All my fault; just an instructive story. Also, my original antenna is different, so I had to order an adapter for my antenna. Now for the good: I installed this radio in my 2007 Ford Fusion. It would fit in my 2DIN hole so nicely, but I made a special mount that flipped up the radio so I could see and interact with it better. All in all I like this article. It's a blast to use. The radio is good (although no AM, which I didn't realize until I installed it). Radio, music and everything else sounds great through the car's factory speakers. Actually I'm very impressed with it. I connected to wifi and updated everything including maps and such. No problem. There are no Bluetooth connection issues with my phone and everyone I've spoken to says the speakerphone doesn't even sound like I'm speaking through a speaker. The microphone works great. My daughter says she is not impressed with the picture quality but she is young and everything should be crystal clear. I'm pretty satisfied. lol Of course I grew up holding bunny ears and watching intermittent static build up. The instruction manuals suck, too, but if you've used an Android phone or tablet at all, you'll get the hang of it pretty quickly. As for the rear camera, I didn't connect mine to the car's reverse gear. I installed a small switch on the dashboard. The reason I did this is because I have a small trailer that I tow behind the car. I can't see the trailer in my mirrors so sometimes I turn on the backup camera to make sure everything is ok. I installed the USB in a small glove box on the dash so it's great. Also, I have a built in headphone jack in the center console, so I connected it to Android Radio as an AUX input. If I had an old player I would plug the cable straight into the android radio tape recorder. There are no problems yet. I'll try to remember to take some pictures of the installation.
