Just received today, opened and it only has 1 suction cup (there are two places for it) and no instructions. The packaging says to read the instructions carefully. Apparently it was an incomplete refund. I'm smart enough to figure it out, but obviously their processing needs to be looked at. I will revise my assessment later when circumstances permit. The seller contacted me quickly after the evaluation. Arrange for delivery of a new heating rod. It arrived with both suction cups. The heater does an excellent job of keeping the temperature within about 1 degree. Would buy again.
