ALL connectors failed within a day

Within about 20 plugging operations I was able to disable every connector (ohmmeter shows open circuit) on the inner conductor. The voltage never exceeded 12V 0.5A. Of course, this error was only discovered after soldering and shrinking. Throw them away and ordered some high end RC battery connectors instead. There was also an uncomfortable rattle in both plugs and sockets.
