I have severe Rheumatoid Arthritis (as well as other debilitating arthritis) while I have 4x4 power steering combined with a 5 speed manual transmission in my K-2500, my crippled hands have tried a hard time Having to change gears while cornering my big truck - I tried the cheaper "suicide handlebars" but it had so much play (not to say the device was flimsy plastic). MANY different types, brands and materials used in the production, I found 3 that I liked the reviews (BIG THANKS to everyone who takes the time to write these reviews - I use them the most for the solutions ) which I liked best $100+ and made of stainless steel as my disability check wouldn't allow such a cost this one from "Fouring BL Platinum Power Handle Car or Boat-Pickups Too" seemed very good , I was right in my assumption - this is without a doubt top notch if you need or want it. very good (quality materials and workmanship) very tight assembly tolerance, looks good - easy to install, old, will be restored with good solid maple and stiff spring - thank you Revain for the quality made a part that helps us fight those with disabilities have, and sell it at a good price - I recommend it (along with the shift knob "Hurst" "T")
