I love this griddle grill pan. So easy to clean. Heats very evenly

I put this on the right side of my cooktop which has 2 different burner sizes. Initially I was worried that the medium back burner would be cooler than the large front burner. This has done a fantastic job of heat distribution. The food cooks evenly and at the same rate over either burner area. Cleanup is so easy. The non-stick surface wipes clean with ease. If you want to cook burgers you can use the grill side and if you want pancakes, use the griddle side.

Built-in grease grooves keep excess fats or oils away from your food
