Luckily I read the reviews before buying. I liked the look and was glad to try it for the price. I decided to order 2 sets even though I only needed one as I knew I could return one. So happy I did! I used one shelf from each box as each set of shelves had a damaged shelf (several boards glued together resulting in visible gaps instead of a solid shelf). One of the "good" shelves had a bent bracket, but it slipped out right away, so I replaced it with one from the damaged shelf. Now I have 2 good shelves with straight brackets! The company seems to have fixed the issue with the bubble wrap leaving marks. Both sets of shelves I received had cardboard between the shelf and the bubble wrap. The ending was great!
