Other reviews are no jokes. This is a very large jar for what goes in it. it's only 1/4 full - but you only need that much! This is by far the strongest menthol oil I have ever tried. Simply rubbing your finger against a solid creates a cool, refreshing feeling. I have horrible night sweats so I mix this 50/50 with coconut oil and apply to my shoulders and neck before bed and it keeps me cool for hours. When I wake up I repeat and I'm usually fine afterwards. I love the cooling feeling I get from it. I've had eucalyptus EO in the past and he barely cut it. this stuff is worth every penny. I wish the bank had more. never mind I will definitely keep buying! highly recommended.
