A speed controller is required to use this product on an angle grinder. can be found on this website or at your local RF store. You should buy and use a speed controller :) So far I have used 3 of these polishing pads before writing this review. All 3 hard drives worked fine and without problems during my 2 hours of work. I set the speed dial to medium/high and then to medium/high and the disc didn't spin. Force pushing the wheel into the workpiece. Keep it straight, don't push too hard, let the wheel and the buffing paste do their job. Lack of speed control, using the wheel on the edge, or pushing the wheel too hard are the most likely mistakes. Results from other IMO assessments. There seems to be an MFG, but many brand names for this type of disc. I chose this provider because at the time (January 2020). 4 stars for the fact that the wool ramps up from the rim to the inner edge, causing an uneven stripe of polish to hit the pad. There is no problem removing the guard from the sander to get the pad really flat on the work, but I prefer to work with the guard. I would buy them again.
