Size: 11 Fit: I'm 11 in Mizuno and 11.5 in pretty much every other running shoe. As with most Mizunos, they're wide for medium width, but precise in length. a size smaller. On the other hand, if your foot length is a more important factor in sizing OR you like some room in your shoes, just order your typical size. Cushioning: Without a doubt, this shoe is made for mile-eaters. about it. Depreciation is unearthly. If you enjoy running long distances, this shoe should suit you. Traction: Traction is very grippy for maximum cushioning, supportive running shoes like these. Very predictable even in the rain. Knit Upper: The knit upper is quite breathable. Where it excels, however, is that there is little. So if you lace your shoes tight and your feet tend to swell, the shoe's upper is more forgiving than traditional sneakers. Minor nits: 1. I would prefer round laces to flat laces2. It would be nice if there was a little more supper in the heel/ankle area. Overall: As I mentioned above, this is a running shoe that eats better. They are perfect for running on the street, track or groomed trails. However, since this is a shoe with maximum cushioning and excellent sole flexibility, as well as average heel/ankle support, don't run on trails that don't fit. All in all, if you're a long-distance runner and like maximum cushioning, this is about the best shoe I've had. Highly Recommended5 Stars Cheers!
