Review on Assured JobCheck by Fritz Wiest

JobCheck can be used to create and store documents and information for any given project. We were pleased with the ease of using JobCheck. It also allowed us to send the documents to clients at any time of the day. I am not sure how easy it would be to use for people with no technical knowledge, such as those who are not in our organization but may need access to files in the future. JobCheck does have a free version that allows 3 users to access the system. You can also share your documents with others so it may not be that bad. It is very easy to use and a quick way to send important documents to external parties. I am able to send project files to our customer. This makes my job easier especially when my phone is busy at other moments. It is very helpful for tracking jobs as well as the progress of projects. You can easily track your time spent on different activities. The interface is quite simple and straight forward. There could be some minor improvements in terms of its UI. The best thing about this tool is that it is free. I'm using this software for my work and it has been very useful. Tracking tasks and time spent by employees on different activities.
