Ease of use: This keeps my phone in a comfortable position for the charger as I don't like cables hanging around. It is also designed to hold cups/bottles etc. I haven't used it very much to hold cups/bottles so I won't comment on that part yet. It also holds my portable ham radio which is a nice bonus. Build Quality: Excellent. This thing feels solid and comes with a right side spacer to keep the rails equal on both sides, something my pricier mount didn't have before. I see no problem with a telephone device type. As I mentioned before, I have limited experience with the cup holder feature.
