Review on Legrand in Wall TV Power Kit, White, CPT306WV1 - Home Office & Theater by Jay Ngo

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Perfect with a small modification

I installed it on an insulated wall and it was very simple, I managed to connect 3 HDMI cables, 1 coaxial cable and 1 Category 6 Ethernet cable (very narrow to be attached to the base plate). ). I had the same problem with the size of the power plug in the bottom panel that others have complained about...the cord was sticking out of the wall too much. But I found a way! https://www.amazon.com/Quirky-PPLGP-WH01-Plug-Power/dp/B00LIS4JKUUPDATE: I found a better solution that solves like limited space for low voltage (HDMI, ethernet, coax etc.) and for the Mains cable protrudes too far: Arlington LVU2W-1 low-voltage installation bracket with paintable wall plate, 2-way, white. Just make sure you get the low voltage model and not the high voltage box. The high voltage module from the Legrand kit fits perfectly in a block and then you can add a brush output for a block on the other side for your cables. Be sure to measure the depth of your wall. It can be a tight fit with 2x4 rivets. I have 2x6 studs on the outside walls so there is room. Now there are no more problems with lots of cables and the furniture is almost close to the wall.
