The light won't turn on TT

The light won't turn on no matter how long I hold the power button. I even tried holding it for 10 seconds but it still won't turn on. TT Not sure how to turn it on (I think you have to hold down the power button but it doesn't work) or if it's broken. The rest of the fan and charger work perfectly. But I still feel sorry for the world. Also don't know how to replace the ears because they are difficult to remove. Please help.
