The spikes could be longer
I ordered such sets, they are expensive, but I hoped that they would suit me. It seems like the lugs could be longer to allow them to fully penetrate the carpet and upholstery to rest on a hard surface. They help some, but not as well as I had hoped. We had about 8 earthquakes here in the last few days. The speaker boxes are still there, so they might be good enough. I didn't have a chance to judge the sound quality as all drivers are restored.
