Great ergonomics and button layout, nothing to complain about when it was brand new. Then the left click started going haywire after only 4 months of ownership. Left-clicking sometimes resulted in double-clicks, and holding operations broke the holding operation from time to time, meaning the mouse became unusable for both gaming and WFH use. I've contacted support and been inundated with useless troubleshooting issues, and they have the 'experience' of sending me to a third-party site to double click. Serious? Treating customers like they are lying is a slap in the face. And they wanted me to film myself doing the test with other information written to be visible on the video at the same time. What is this, Reddit check for /r/realgirls? The problem is clear - the switch is broken so let me send it to you so YOU can test it and verify the problem in less than 5 clicks.
