It's SKATE SHOES! For skateboarding. Those who complain that they're too flat or that the tongue and ankles have too much padding need to understand what the original design was for. I have ridden many pairs of Etnies since the mid 90's and for what they are made for they are perfect. And for what I paid for skate shoes in the 90's, it's a steal because they last longer than regular suede skate shoes. Would you like work shoes? Go get work shoes. this is not for you
